This 20 year old man had difficulty breathing due to secondary obstruction to deviated septum and large left/right turbinates. In addition, he felt dissatisfied with the cosmetic appearance of his nose. He underwent both a function aeration (correction of the crooked septum and large turbinates) as well as a cosmetic rhinoplasty to improve his looks. 73164
