After having children, this 38 year old patient desired to have larger lifted breasts and a tighter abdomen. We granted her wishes and she underwent a mommy makeover. She had a bilateral peri-areolar (through the areola) subpectoral (under the muscle) breast augmentation using Sientra silicone moderate plus implants with 300cc, along with a breast lift.
