This 48-year-old female had a breast augmentation at 17 years of age using saline implants. She was asymmetric with her left breast slightly greater than her right breast. She underwent removal of breast implants and replaced with MENTOR® smooth round moderate plus profile saline implants with her left breast filled with 390cc and her right breast filled with 480cc.
