7 Days of Giving 2024

By entering this raffle, I have read, understood, and agree with the terms, rules, and conditions of the "7 Days of Giving."
1. All individual registrants must be 18 years of age.
2. There are no restrictions to entry based on gender, city demographic, or any other type of prejudicial category.
3. Imagine Plastic Surgery is ‘giving gifts’ without any requirements, entry fees, or any other expectation other than the joy and appreciation of the receiver.
4. The 7 Days of Giving is for a limited time December 1 through December 7, 2024.
5. By submitting the form below and entering the “7 Days of Giving,” my contact and photo references me as an electronic identification and will be used in reference if I am a receiver (winner).
6. Each “receiver” must enter daily, starting at the earliest at 12:01 am the day before the drawing and ending 23 hours and 59 minutes later at 11:59 PM via the contact page found on the website www.imagineplasticsurgery.com.
7. Prizes will be awarded daily by a “daily draw” using either an electronic or physical unbiased and random methodology.
8. You can increase your odds of being a receiver (winner) by tagging a social media friend and referring them to Imagine Plastic Surgery social media sites.
9. Non-eligible: any employee of Imagine Plastic Surgery.
10. The “receiver” (winner) will be entitled to the specific gift that has been proactively assigned to the date without any substitution.
11. Expiration: All gifts must be redeemed by February 28, 2025 (if not, it is understood that the receiver understands that there is no extension period).
12. We acknowledge that many of the gifts have been graciously provided by our vendors without any expectation of remuneration or in-kind exchange.
13. The “receiver” (winner) will be identified and contacted electronically in the afternoon after the closing period (11:59 PM) the evening before.
14. The above should be considered only a summary of terms, rules, and conditions of the “7 Days of Giving.” Imagine Plastic Surgery will abide by all and defer to any federal, state, or local laws.
15. THE RECEIVER CONSENTS TO TAKING A PHOTO WITH THE PRIZE AS WELL AS A BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTO (IF APPLICABLE). THE RECEIVER RELEASES THE PHOTOS TO IS (IMAGINE PLASTIC SURGERY) FOR MARKETING, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND OFFICE USE WITHOUT RESTRICTION.
